We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was very high tech, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sae-san who gave us great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The location was perfect, as it was accessible to the subway, nightlife, Canal City, and the JR Hakata City Station. The breakfast was lovely with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the concept of having dorm bed floors in a regular hotel, which allowed us to enjoy the restaurant and bar. The lounge space and pool table were nice additions, even though no one was utilizing them. Finally, the alarm function was really cool, as the bed would automatically and slowly change position and the lights would turn on, ensuring a peaceful wake-up without any disturbances.
No complaints.

We had the best sleeping experience at this hotel. The foam was thick and wide, ensuring a comfortable sleep. Unlike other capsule hotels, there were two pillows provided that were not too soft or hard. The bed could be adjusted to a reclining position with just a press of a button. The staff, especially the friendly female staff member at the front desk, was very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing all good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The iPod control for room lighting and adjustable bed added a nice touch. The showers were spacious and the bathrooms were cleaned regularly. The breakfast was healthy and delicious, with a lot of variety. The staff was really pleasant and accommodating. The hotel is brand new and in a great location, making it convenient to explore the city.
Nothing, all was good.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The bathrooms and capsule room were very clean and modern. The staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, with the train station, 7/11, Donki 24h store, and a 24h Ramen joint all just a 2-minute walk away. We also enjoyed the happy hour, where we could meet new people and unwind with free beer from 5.30PM to 6.30PM. The trendy and modern atmosphere added to our overall experience.
Couldn't stay longer.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bar and kitchen on the main floor had a great atmosphere and we were able to meet many people from all over the world. The pods were nice and private, and the facilities were immaculate. The staff, especially the girl with the pigtails and the bartender with the pink hair, made us feel super welcome. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to restaurants, cafes, and stores. We also appreciated the alarm system in the pods that wakes you up by converting the bed into a sofa, preventing us from disturbing our neighbors.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
