I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it was spacious enough to accommodate my two big luggages. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fast and reliable WiFi connection and a separate male and female hot spring bath that was well-equipped and had excellent skincare products. The breakfast provided a wide variety of food, including both traditional and international dishes, as well as desserts and drinks. The staff, including the receptionists, restaurant staff, and housekeepers, were incredibly helpful and always had a beaming smile. Their level of English language was impressive, and they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to the bus stop for transportation to Hakata Station, Canal City, and Tenjin. Additionally, there were two 24-hour convenience stores located right in front of the hotel.

The best aspects of my stay were the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. The room felt spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a wardrobe which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location close to JR Hakata Station was incredibly convenient for transportation and exploring the city. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just 8 minutes away from Hakata Station, which made it very convenient for us to explore the city and take side trips. We also loved the fact that there were two 7/11s across the street, making it easy for us to grab snacks and drinks whenever we needed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a nice hot bath and an amazing breakfast. The staff at the front desk were excellent, very accommodating and helpful with everything. They even upgraded our room to a larger one without any extra charge when we expressed our concerns. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the fast WiFi was a bonus.

The hotel is new and the room is clean and spacious. WiFi is super fast. Breakfast offers a variety of food and drink options. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
